Drawing and Painting Class for ages 8+ - this class is great for artists wanting to build their skills or just starting out. We’ll introduce key concepts in art and broaden our understanding. How can we show depth, perspective, and form in a 2d world? Let’s discover and get inspired together! Here, imagination and skill come together in a dynamic and supportive environment!
Students will explore the fundamentals of drawing and painting through a series of engaging projects designed to ignite creativity and enhance technique. From mastering pencil shading and perspective to experimenting with vibrant mixed media, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, and more! Each session offers a blend of traditional methods and contemporary approaches.
Thursday 4:00-5:15 ages 6-10
Painting, Ceramics, and Drawing ages 6-10 - Our Painting, Ceramics, and Drawing class is excellent for an overall art education in a mix of mediums to incorporate tons of technique. We'll learn about painting with acrylic and watercolor, drawing with pastel and graphite, and even get to work with ceramics.
We bring a rich curriculum full of fun, art education, and creative thinking to instill the value of exploration in creation - allowing for self determined learning through both process and project based techniques.
