Clay Cupcake Boxes - Sculpt your very own birthday treat! Participants get to sculpt a cupcake through both guided and open instruction, decorate, and paint. (items are fired and ready for pickup in 2 weeks) Great for ages 5+
Tote Bag Designers - Decorate a tote bag with your very own illustrations and use a fun spray dye technique to tie dye your custom bag! Great for ages 4+
Paint a Canvas - Choose a special theme or subject for your very own canvas painting. We'll explore and learn all about acrylic painting. Host can choose a subject for a more step by step approach or leave open ended. Great for ages 4+
Pottery Painting - choose pieces of premade pottery for your guests to paint! Receive up to $30 from our large selection, you must choose from our current available stock. Special orders can be made with 1 month notice. Items are fired and ready 1 week after party. Great for ages 5+
Toddler Party - We'll have sensory bins and two small projects set out for guests. Adult participation required to help guide ages 2+. Guests will make an artistic keepsake you'll love!

Party FAQ:
What can I expect from the party projects?
We take pride in our party projects. We design each to be fun, creative, engaging experiences. Participants will get to take home an amazing, memorable, art project they are excited about.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes! Feel free to decorate however you like.
Can I bring food?
Yes! We do not provide food, please bring items you would like for your celebration.
Do you have a fridge/ freezer?
We have a very small fridge. We recommend bringing a cooler if you want an ice cream cake/ treat.
Can I change my mind on the project after booking?
You're welcome to change your mind. We do need a final decision at least 10 days prior to the party to make sure we have all necessary supplies.
How many guests can come?
The cost includes up to 10 participants. Our San Rafael studio can accommodate up to 24 guests and Novato up to 14. We ask that guest count is estimated 2 weeks before party and finalized 1 week before party so we can be properly staffed.
How much are Parties?
We charge $625 for a party that includes up to 10 party people (your child is included in the 10). Cost includes a teacher, party favors, autographed t-shirt for birthday person, all art supplies, table coverings, plates, cups, and utensils.
For those parties larger than 10, it is $49 for each additional party person
Is an art party fun?
Ok, as I write this I have to smile….how could it NOT!? Yes, we love teaching kids art and are animated, engaging, funny, and absolutely love the energy of celebrations! We may be together for just a short time, but making art memories and connecting to friends is AMAZING!
Who we are: Do Art’s mission is to give children a voice through art-making. No other curriculum allows a child to explore, from the point of the unknown to a point of completion, learning art techniques while working through mistakes and problem solving, resulting in higher self-confidence, awareness, and leadership skills.
Do Art Studios is unique in its teaching approach to all art projects and introduction to art materials. Our curriculum is progressive, child-initiated, and thought-provoking. Do Art Studios follow Studio 4 Art’s pedagogy and teaching practices. How to teach the whole child and honor each as the individuals they are is a pretty special way of teaching. We provide growth in children through honoring ideas, executing dream designs, guidance through questions to engage problem-solving, build creative thought processes through mistake-making, and celebrate collaboration.
